Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures on site.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.Monitor technicians’ work activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.Communicate with clients regarding safety requirements, reports, and site regulations.Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to technicians and workers.Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.Coordinate emergency response procedures when required.Maintain HSE documentation and submit reports to management and clients.Follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Occupational Health & Safety.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE supervision.Strong communication skills to deal with clients and technicians.Good knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.NEBOSH or equivalent certification is preferred.Proficient in MS Office.
