Job DescriptionIs responsible for supporting the operationalisation of HSSE and/or Quality functional activities in assigned projects or locations by Providing technical advice and support to operational teams. Assisting in compliant and effective operationalisation of HSSE/Q policies, systems, and practices. Supporting HSSE/Q reporting on assigned project or location.The HSSE & Q Advisor 2 supports the operationalisation of the company’s HSSE and/or Quality functional activities in assigned projects or locations. This job profile actively support the business on compliant and effective operationalisation of the company's HSSE/Q policies, systems, programmes and practices while ensuring alignment with local legislation, customer requirements, and operational needs. It also provides technical advice and support to operational teams while supporting HSSE/Q reporting.This is office / Site based role , the aim of being in sites is to build the safety cultureKey ResponsibilitiesKey Result AreaCore ActivitiesHSSE Operationalisation & ComplianceSupport the operationalisation of the company’s HSSE and/or Q systems, practices, programmes and practices in assigned projects or locations, ensuring alignment with local legislation, customer requirements, and operational needs. Contribute to the assessment, planning, and documentation of work that may require adapting standard procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits, while exploring gabs and providing guidance on preventive or corrective actions. Update or develop local procedures as needed.Risk & Emergency ManagementSupport risk assessments facilitation and contribute to the development of effective prevention and mitigation controls while supporting the verification of controls before work begins. Support HSSE requirements such as training, PPE, medical support, and field readiness are fully established and function as intended. Contribute to local permit preparation, management of change and dynamic risk assessments processes, as needed. Support the maintenance of local emergency and crisis management frameworks while supporting the response when these plans are activated.Culture & EngagementPromote a culture of care, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement by building strong relationships with operational teams. Support the facilitation of training - including preparation of certification programmes - to operational staff and contractors, as needed, helping them to fulfill their HSSE responsibilities effectively. Participate in client and contractor meetings, as required. Conduct site visits to learn from operational teams and address concerns, challenges and areas for improvement while keeping all operational teams informed when standards or working methods change.Build culture in sites especially in mega project where permanent residence for period of time in site is requiredHSSE Advice & GuidanceServe as a technical HSSE advisor to operational teams. Provide trusted guidance and hands-on support on functional activities such as risk management, management of change, and project documentation. Provide guidance and support on HSSE-related inquiries and concerns from operational teams.Event & Experience ManagementFacilitate a psychological safe environment that supports reporting of HSSE challenges, experiences, and events. Support event investigations, as required.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementSupport reporting on HSSE metrics relevant to assigned projects or locations. Collaborate with operational teams to address improvement opportunities identified. Ensure proper document control and versioning.Management System MaintenanceKeep the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation up to date (manuals, procedures, policies). Maintain records of compliance and performance.Audits & Corrective/Preventive ActionsPlan and conduct internal and external audits. Track and close non-conformities, corrective, and preventive actions.Risk AssessmentsPerform and update risk assessments. Maintain a register of risks and opportunities. Ensure mitigation measures are implemented and monitored.Event ManagementInvestigate Level 2 and Level 3 InvestigationsLegal & Regulatory ComplianceMonitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Training & AwarenessOrganize and document training sessions. Maintain competence records for all staff.Customer ComplaintsHandle customer complaints and feedback. Analyze trends and implement improvements.Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report quality KPIs.Management ReviewsPrepare inputs for quarterly or annual management reviews. Perform Management Review Meetings.
