Adamco Pharm is a fast-growing international pharmaceutical holding Company based in Cairo - Egypt, that is responsible for managing international business through searching for new market opportunities where it can expand the volume of the business.Adamco Pharm is a commercial pharmaceutical agency with a medical portfolio that surpasses 100 products and more than 150 SKUs.Adamco Pharm holding owns a group of subsidiaries, as EGY Nile Pharm in Burkina, Niger, and Mali, and Egypt Niger.VACANCY:We are hiring Human Resources Business Partner to join our team as per the following details:Reporting to: HR Manager.Location: Adamco Pharm, 6 October, Giza.Job Purpose:Act as the embedded HR Business Partner for the Commercial Department in Egypt, responsible for selling products manufactured under a toll manufacturing model. Own day to day people management, employee relations, performance follow - up, and workforce effectiveness for the commercial population, while ensuring alignment with HR policies, frameworks, & governance.A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Act as the primary HR partner to the Egypt commercial team on all people related matters.Translate commercial objectives into clear people action that support sales performance and execution.Participate in manpower planning discussions with the Head of Sales and Head of HR.Monitor workforce structure , span of control , and deployment effectiveness across the sales organization.Own execution of the performance management cycle for the commercial population (goal setting, mid_year . and year - end reviews).Ensure performance objectives are measurable and aligned with commercial & sales targets.Track performance outcomes and support corrective actions for underperformance.Coach line and district managers on performance discussions, documentation, and corrective action management.Own employee relations matters within the commercial organization.Identify high performers , critical roles , ad retention risks within the commercial sales force.Propose retention , engagement, and corrective actions to the Head of HR and Head of Sales.Monitor attrition trends & recommend data- driven interventions.Own identification, justification , and prioritization of recruitment needs for commercial roles.Partner with the Talent Acquisition Section Head for recruitment execution and delivery.Participate in interviews for critical commercial roles as required.Act as the business focal point of HR operations matters related to the commercial population.Coordinate with HR Operations contracts, payroll inputs, attendance , disciplinary documentation, and data accuracy. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources , or any related field..Experience: 7–10 years as HR Business Partner with pharmaceutical background & strong exposure to commercial & toll manufacturing.Proven experience in performance management execution & employee relations.Excellent coaching , communication & influencing skills.Strong follow- up skills.
