Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and systems, a strong ability to manage and analyze HR data, and a passion for supporting organizational growth and employee development.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and lead the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.Learning & Development: Oversee and facilitate employee development programs, identifying learning opportunities, and ensuring that training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including setting up performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and addressing employee performance issues.HRIS Management (SAP): Maintain and manage the HR Information System (SAP), ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and reporting.Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company, and manage offboarding processes when employees leave.HR Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and other key HR functions.Partner with Business Leaders: Build strong relationships with managers and executives to support and advise on HR initiatives that drive business success.Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4-6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role with exposure to various HR functions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
