Human Resources Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across core HR functions, with a focus on Recruitment, Organizational Development, and Onboarding.This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a solid HR foundation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to impactful projects shaping the future of construction in the region.What You’ll AchieveRecruitment SupportCoordinate job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.Handle candidate communication and follow-up throughout the process.Support the preparation of offers and onboarding activities for new hires.Onboarding & Employee SupportAssist with documentation, contracts, and employee records.Ensure smooth induction and integration for new employees.Organizational Development SupportProvide administrative assistance in HR projects related to organizational structure, job descriptions, and workforce initiatives.Prepare and maintain HR reports, databases, and dashboards.General HR AdministrationMaintain accurate HR files and documentation.Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies.What You’ll Bring to ACCBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Previous HR experience, preferably in recruitment or administration.Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Why ACC?At ACC, we foster a culture where collaboration and innovation drive success, and professional growth is a key priority.
