Job Summary:You will act as the main link between the HR Skilled department and Care with Love employees, handling daily tasks like onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and helping with recruitment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the HR processes. Responsibilities:Recruiting & Hiring: Assist with job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling in-person and/or virtual interviews.Respond promptly and professionally to candidate and employee inquiries via phone and email.Onboarding & Offboarding:Guide new employees through the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, ensuring all appropriate documentation and credentials are received, setting up preceptorship for clinical workers, and assisting with conducting weekly meet-and-greets and other orientation needs.Assist in managing exit procedures for departing staff.Employee Records:Keep accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee files and data in our HR Information System and EMR.Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.Employee Support:Be the first point of contact for staff questions regarding benefits, company and HR related policies, and payroll.Organize and coordinate employee recognition programs and events.General HR Support:Help organize company training sessions, employee surveys, and performance review cycles.Assist in maintaining records and HR binders for survey readiness.Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies.Assist in updating the employee handbook.Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.Support additional Human Resources projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably in the healthcare industry. Ability to work night shifts with total focus (3 pm to 12 am Cairo time)SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred)Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with ADP.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Fluent English (C1 or C2)
