Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requests to onboarding.Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for operational and administrative positions.Build and maintain a strong candidate database for factory and F&B-related roles.Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across recruitment platforms.Conduct reference checks and employment verification.Ensure timely hiring to support operational requirements.Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.Personnel & Employee AdministrationMaintain accurate employee files and HR records.Prepare employment contracts, renewal letters, warnings, and HR documentation.Handle social insurance registration, updates, and terminations.Process employee hiring, resignation, termination, and leave documentation.Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and personnel records.Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee data.Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.HR OperationsSupport employee engagement and retention initiatives.Assist in performance evaluation processes.Monitor probation periods and employee confirmations.Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.Maintain confidentiality of employee information.Support disciplinary investigations and documentation when required.Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in both Recruitment and Personnel functions.Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Proven experience in mass hiring and operational recruitment.Ability to recruit for a wide range of positions including factory workers, bakers, pastry chefs, kitchen staff, drivers, warehouse personnel, and administrative employees.Experience managing employee files, contracts, onboarding, resignations, and termination procedures.Familiarity with attendance, leave management, and payroll-related processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and social media recruitment channels.Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR tasks simultaneously.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.Strong problem-solving and employee relations skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
