We're building out our HR function from the ground up, and we need someone who can handle the day-to-day people operations that keep the business running smoothly.Role OverviewYou'll be the operational backbone of HR at CESRO — handling everything from contracts and attendance to employee relations and compliance. While the Recruiter focuses on hiring, you focus on everything that happens after someone joins.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentationTrack attendance, leaves, and overtime across all departmentsSupport payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and deduction dataHandle onboarding paperwork and employee file setup for new hiresManage offboarding processes — final settlements, exit documentationAct as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issuesSupport managers in handling performance and disciplinary matters in line with Egyptian labor lawEnsure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance requirementsCoordinate with Social Insurance and Labor Office when neededHelp draft and enforce internal HR policies and procedures 1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist or operations capacityWorking knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social InsuranceStrong attention to detail — HR paperwork errors have real consequencesAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Excel or HR systems for tracking attendance and recordsExperience in manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar environments is a strong plus
