Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and manage daily HR operations, including payroll, attendance, recruitment, and internal task coordination between employees.Monitor daily attendance, leaves, absences, and late arrivals.Prepare and review monthly payroll accurately.Track deductions, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and employee advances.Maintain and update employee records and HR files.Handle the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.Coordinate onboarding for new employees.Organize and follow up on internal tasks between employees in coordination with management.Ensure tasks are completed on time and according to priorities.Support in solving daily employee-related issues.Prepare regular reports related to attendance, performance, payroll, and recruitment.Ensure employees follow company policies and internal regulations. Job RequirementsGood knowledge of payroll and attendance management.Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.Efficient HR administration and people management skills.Basic experience in recruitment and interviews.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Good command of Excel and Google Sheets.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
