HR Generalist:ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant and café positions (e.g., service staff, baristas, kitchen crew, supervisors, and managers).Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical/operational assessments.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth hiring processes.Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring success rates.Oversee full-cycle of recruitment effortsDevelop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination processAssist with payroll and benefits administrationEnsures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal ResponsibilitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the F&B / hospitality sector in Egypt.Proven experience in mass hiring and frontline roles.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Experience hiring for well-known restaurant or café chains.Familiarity with local labor market trends in Egypt’s F&B sector.Strong networking and headhunting capabilities.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Dynamic and fast-growing work environment.
