We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing core HR functions and supporting the employee lifecycle end-to-end.Key Responsibilities:Manage payroll processes accurately and on timeHandle personnel operations, including employee records and complianceSupport organizational development (OD) initiativesOversee smooth onboarding and employee integrationCoordinate and support learning & development (L&D) programsManage and enhance performance management processesAdminister compensation & benefits (C&B) structures and processes 2+ years of experience at the same or similar roleGood knowledge of HR functions (Payroll, Personnel, OD, L&D, etc.)Good understanding of labor law and HR best practicesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
