Human Resources Generalist

Overview: As our Human Resources Generalist, you will be the backbone of our people operations, touching every aspect of the employee lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in shaping our workforce, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring our talent thrives.Responsibilities:Spearhead the Recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent.Manage all aspects of Personnel administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.Drive Organization Development initiatives, contributing to a high-performing and engaged workforce.Implement and manage the Performance Management System, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.Oversee Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies, from initial attraction to long-term development.Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, providing guidance and support.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and local regulations.Contribute to workforce planning and succession strategies Required Skills:Proven expertise in Human Resources principles and practices.Strong background in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.Demonstrated ability in Personnel administration and management.Experience with Organization Development initiatives.Proficiency in implementing and managing a Performance Management System.A solid understanding of Talent Management strategies.Familiarity with Employee Relations and conflict resolution.Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.Experience with HRIS platforms is a significant plus.Experience Requirements: Bring 3-7 years of dynamic experience in Human Resources roles, demonstrating a track record of success and impactful contributions.Career Level Expectations: This role is perfectly suited for an Experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibilities and drive key HR functions.
