This role partners directly with leadership to align people strategy with business goals, and manages the full HR team.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the full HR strategy including talent, culture, performance, and compliancePartner with department heads and CEO to plan headcount, structure teams, and define hiring prioritiesOversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-endDesign and implement performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback systemsLead employee relations — handling conflicts, grievances, and disciplinariesBuild and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structuresChampion learning & development initiatives across all levelsEnsure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and internal proceduresReport workforce analytics, turnover, engagement, and HR metrics to leadershipManage and develop the HR team — setting direction and coaching members daily Requirements5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management roleStrong knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesProven ability to build trust across all levels of an organizationExperience with HRIS tools and data-driven HR decision-makingHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong communication skillsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus)
