Giza Integrated Solutions, a subsidiary of Giza Cable Industries, is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Specialist to join our team and support our operations across multiple project sites.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning• Identify hiring needs with department heads and the HR Manager • Manage full-cycle recruitment (white & blue-collar roles) • Source, screen, and select candidates • Prepare job descriptions and conduct job analysis 2. Personnel Administration• Maintain employee records (hiring, termination, leaves, promotions) • Ensure compliance with labor law • Manage attendance, vacations, and employee documentation • Prepare monthly HR reports 3. Payroll & Allowances Support• Prepare monthly site allowance sheets • Coordinate attendance and overtime data • Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs 4. Medical Insurance & Benefits• Handle medical insurance.• Manage emergency cases and support employee benefits 5. Employee Relations & Communication• Address employee inquiries and resolve issues • Communicate policies and updates • Support employee engagement initiatives 6. Training & Development• Coordinate training programs (internal & external) • Identify training needs and maintain records • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions 7. HR Operations & Reporting• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.) • Support performance management • Ensure smooth HR operations across sites 8.
