Job Description:- Recruitment and staffing (handling hiring processes and conducting interviews)- Onboarding and orientation for new hires.- Administration of benefits and compensation packages (including insurance).- Managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries.- Mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Organizing new hire documentation and paperwork.- Maintaining up-to-date employee records.- Overseeing records management and compliance processes.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3–4 years of hands-on experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role.- Strong experience in recruitment and selection, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.- Proven experience in employee relations, handling employee issues, and conflict resolution.- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an advantage.
