Its mission centers on high performance, excellence, and exceeding customer expectations in every aspect of operations.Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan, responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the company’s workforce. This role includes implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating orientation and training activities. The Human Resources Supervisor will handle employee relations matters, support performance management cycles, and ensure accurate HR documentation and records. The role also involves collaborating with management to address workforce planning needs, monitoring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication across diverse teams.Experience in Performance Management, including setting objectives, supporting evaluations, and guiding development plans.Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and best practices, and the ability to implement and maintain compliant procedures.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications, with strong organizational and documentation skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with integrity in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
