HR GeneralistKey Responsibilities:Monitor employee attendance and leave records while ensuring compliance with company policies.Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs, attendance reports, and employee-related data.Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.Handle social insurance procedures, employee onboarding, resignations, and termination processes.Implement HR policies, disciplinary actions, and reward systems in accordance with company regulations and labor law.Support the execution of training and development programs and monitor their effectiveness.Prepare periodic HR reports and provide accurate workforce data to management.Address employee inquiries and support the resolution of workplace issues.Promote a positive, productive, and disciplined work environment.Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal HR procedures.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing or industrial companies.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Hands-on experience in personnel administration, payroll, attendance, and employee relations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Requirements:3–7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing or industrial companies.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Hands-on experience in personnel administration, payroll, attendance, and employee relations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
