We’re seeking a Channel Team Lead to join our dynamic Delivery Stations. Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.Key job responsibilitiesCore responsibilities will include:• Lead and manage daily ICQA activities including cycle counts, audits, and investigations.• Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions• Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers• Monitor and report key metrics (e.g., accuracy, defects, adjustments)• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards•Own training plans for new hires and existing associates.• Track and improve training completion, effectiveness, and knowledge retention- Experience managing teams- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement- Experience in logistics- Experience with data analysisOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
