The specialist will manage end-to-end procurement activities for ICT and ELV systems, including developing purchase requests, preparing bid packages, and issuing purchase orders through ERP in line with project requirements and company policies.This role involves evaluating and prequalifying suppliers, obtaining and comparing quotations, and supporting contract negotiation and Pre-Sales team to secure favorable commercial and technical terms.The specialist will perform detailed cost estimation for ICT/ELV solutions, analyze project specifications and drawings, and prepare accurate bills of quantities and cost breakdowns. Daily tasks include coordinating with Pre-Sales, Operation , and finance teams, maintaining procurement records, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to support project execution.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong procurement skills, including experience with Purchase Orders and general Procurement processes.Strong relation with Vendors and local destributors in ICT/ELV is essentialCandidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation, including vendor assessment, qualification, and performance monitoring.Contract Negotiation skills, with the ability to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for cost estimation, comparative analysis of supplier offers, and budget monitoring.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce ,Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Prior experience in ICT/ELV procurement and cost estimation , or integrated systems projects.Knowledge of ICT and ELV systems (network infrastructure, security systems, audio-visual, and low-current solutions).3 - 5 years Experience is a MUST in ICT/ELV Procurement Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP tools; familiarity with cost estimation software is an advantage.Strong communication and negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English is a mustIf intrested please apply through linked or send your CV to info@alfagroup-is.com with a subject ICT/ELV Procurement Specialist
