The ICU Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing patient care plans, collaborating with medical professionals, implementing standards of care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
