Job Role:The Senior Sales Executive’s responsibilities consist of, first and most importantly, selling vehicles by following the MAG sales process. This includes greeting customers and demonstrating the vehicle’s characteristics, capabilities, and features, while comparing and contrasting competitive models either face-to-face or over the phone.They are also responsible for moving vehicles when necessary at any time of the year or season. In addition, they will be required to complete sales paperwork, assist customers in completing finance applications and any other documentation required to finalize a vehicle sale, and follow up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the MAG CRM system.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain excellent process and technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization’s policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct to ensure full compliance.Enter relevant customer information into the CRM system after each interaction to ensure high-quality data for customer retention and business development activities.Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.Support senior colleagues in managing internal client and customer relationships using relevant sales or client systems.Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedures.Record and process custom or special customer orders, including cases with ambiguous delivery expectations.Respond promptly to advanced issue escalations and provide managerial approvals when required.Sell standard products and services to customers and/or supervise a team of sales advisors.Support routine inventory tasks by following established procedures.EducationBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 3–5 years of prior sales experience (preferred).Job-Specific SkillsAbility to work independently and provide technical guidance when required, aligning the sales approach with customer needs.Ability to propose a structured agenda to initiate value-driven sales conversations.Ability to accurately identify and understand key buying influences in a sales opportunity.Skilled in quickly defining and analyzing customer needs and decision drivers.Strong ability to build trust within client organizations and buying centers.Ability to explore problems in depth, identify implications of inaction, and help clients recognize solution value.Skilled in asking targeted questions to uncover root causes of resistance or indifference.Ability to identify explicit and implicit customer needs and opportunities.Capable of articulating customer needs in the client’s own business language and context.Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that advance the sales relationship.Able to work with guidance to prepare clear, effective, and well-structured reports.Capable of preparing thoroughly for client interactions using established frameworks
