Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Imaging Operator for one of our partners, a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting!Job Summary:The Imaging Operator is responsible for the timely, accurate, and secure preparation of visual files (video) across various media, while ensuring adherence to technical specifications and client expectations. This role includes managing file manipulations, overseeing delivery processes, and supporting the CSR and production teams in production tasks. The Imaging Operator contributes to quality control, storage optimization, and procedural documentation in a highly technical and deadline-driven environmentResponsibilities:Prepare, verify, and manipulate files, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with client specificationsConduct daily checks of project workflows to identify stuck or failed processes; resolve issues independently or escalate them to SupervisorsSupport Customer Service Representatives (CSR) on production requests involving file correction or other manipulationsMaintain clear and accurate records of exceptions and resolutions.Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and tools.
