This is a back-office role focusing on data accuracy, document organization, and filing.Key Responsibilities:Forms & Data Entry: Accurately filling out Canadian immigration forms (IMM series) and Schengen visa application portals.Document Checklist Management: Reviewing client documents (Bank statements, HR letters, etc.) to ensure they meet the specific requirements for Canada or the specific Schengen country.Filing & Archiving: Organizing digital and physical folders for each case to ensure easy retrieval and zero data loss.Appointment Scheduling: Booking biometric and interview appointments through VFS Global, TLSContact, or IRCC portals.Consultation Support: Entering notes from client consultations into our database and tracking the status of every "live" case.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are welcome).Experience: 0 - 2 years Language: Good reading and writing skills in English (Crucial for reading Canadian regulations and filling forms).Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn online application portals quickly.Attributes: High attention to detail (missing one checkmark on a form can lead to a visa rejection).Availability: Full-time, [ٍSunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM].
