Job Description:Contact foreign suppliers by email, WhatsApp, and phone.Follow up on purchase requests and available offers.Communicate with suppliers to get prices, photos, videos, invoices, and machine details.Prepare and organize purchase orders and supplier information.Follow up on shipments, documents, and delivery updates.Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies when needed.Update shipment and supplier information on the company’s system.Support the sales and purchasing team with daily tasks. Good spoken and written English.Professional fluency is not required, but you must be able to communicate confidently.Good computer skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Organized, committed, and detail oriented.Able to follow up daily and work under pressure.Knowledge of import procedures is a plus.Previous experience is a plus but not required.Must be ready to start work immediately.For male applicants: military service must be completed or exempted.All required documents must be ready and valid.
