Respond promptly and professionally to customers inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s operations.Track shipments across different channels.Follow up receiving the goods, shipping process and handle any problem may occur.Request & coordinate the transportation of all shipments and monitor till receiving in our warehouses.Prepare all necessary documentation for handling logistics work and any other documents as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.Provide detailed service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.Follow up and review customer invoices from making the orders to arrive to delivery destination.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Bachelor’s Degree.Well organized and good attention to details.Ability to work under pressure.Previous experience in companies dealing with imported goods is preferred.1-3 years of experience in field.Take responsibility for the work.Very Good English Level is a must.Very Good in Microsoft Package is a must (especially Excel).Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
