TLS is dedicated to delivering exceptional service through expertise in international trade and logistics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Specialist, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Import Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation. Day-to-day tasks include handling customs clearance, communicating with global partners, providing excellent customer service, and resolving logistics-related issues. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely import processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.2+ years of experience in import operations, customs clearance, or freight forwarding.Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs regulations and import clearance procedures.Hands-on experience using the Nafeza Platform platform and related customs systems.Familiarity with import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.Good communication skills in Arabic and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
