Job SummaryAs an IMS Front Office and Performance Engineer, your role involves supporting the stable operation of IMS core services through real-time monitoring, first-line troubleshooting, KPI follow-up, traffic observation, and early detection of service degradation to maintain service quality and operational continuityKey ResponsibilitiesPerform real-time monitoring of IMS core services and respond to alarms according to approved operational procedures.Carry out first-line troubleshooting, identify service impact, and escalate incidents to the proper support function when required.Monitor IMS KPIs, traffic behavior, and service trends to detect abnormalities or potential degradation.Support routine operational reporting and maintain accurate records for incidents, alarms, and follow-up actions. l Assist in service performance analysis and contribute to preventive actions that improve service stability and user experience.Coordinate with internal technical teams during incident handling, restoration activities, and daily operational reviewsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IMS operations, monitoring, or performance support.Good understanding of telecom core services, service assurance, and operational procedures.Ability to analyze alarms, service indicators, and traffic behavior in a structured manner.Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
