Job SummaryGoldwind is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IMS Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across Egypt operations and regional projects.The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, supporting internal and external audits, maintaining management system documentation, and promoting standardized operational processes in line with international standards and company requirements.The position requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to work within dynamic project and operational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Management System (IMS) ImplementationSupport implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across regional projects and operational sites.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, company policies, and client requirements.Assist in developing standardized procedures, workflows, and operational controls to improve management system effectiveness.Manage document control activities for Egypt projects and regional operations, including:Policies ,Procedures ,SOP ,Work instructions ,Forms and recordsEnsure all controlled documents are properly version-controlled, standardized, traceable, approved, accurately distributed, and maintained within organized digital and physical archiving systems.Internal Audits & Compliance MonitoringOrganize and conduct internal IMS audits across projects and departments.Identify non-conformities, observations, and improvement opportunities.Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.Support preparation and coordination for external certification audits and client audits.Management Review & ReportingCoordinate annual and periodic Management Review meetings.Collect operational and compliance data from departments and projects.Prepare management review presentations, reports, KPI summaries, and action trackers.Training & AwarenessDeliver IMS awareness sessions and ISO training programs for employees and site teams.Promote quality, environmental, and health & safety awareness across projects and operational functions.Support departments in understanding and implementing IMS requirements effectively.Process Improvement & StandardizationSupport process mapping and workflow optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and standardization.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.Monitor implementation effectiveness and recommend improvement opportunities.Regional SupportProvide audit and IMS support for projects across different countries within the region when required.Conduct spot checks and compliance reviews on project documentation and implementation practices.Coordinate with HQ, regional teams, and project stakeholders regarding IMS-related activities.Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in Integrated Management System (IMS), Quality Management, HSE systems, or related operational compliance roles.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001,14001 ,45001Familiarity with:(internal audits ,CAPA processes ,Document control systems)Risk-based thinking and process managementStrong skills in Microsoft Office applications,Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and management system documentation is preferred.Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Good command of English (mandatory).Core CompetenciesIntegrated Management System KnowledgeProcess Management & StandardizationInternal Audit CoordinationDocumentation & Record ManagementProblem Solving & Continuous ImprovementCross-functional CommunicationOrganizational & Analytical SkillsCompliance Monitoring & Reporting
