Role Purpose:Serve as DHL’s on-site representative within a key customer’s premises, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support, strong customer experience, and effective coordination between the customer and DHL teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Service ExcellenceAct as a DHL ambassador at all times, providing professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support.Handle customer requests promptly and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.Maintain strong communication with the customer, addressing inquiries related to both import and export shipments.Operational CoordinationPrepare and issue AWBs directly from the customer site.Track shipments proactively and provide the customer with accurate updates throughout the process.Coordinate closely with DHL Sales to protect, grow, and retain the business allocated to this key account.Support invoice follow-up by liaising between DHL Finance and the customer’s finance team to ensure timely resolution.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork as part of the wider DHL team, contributing to tasks and initiatives such as mailshots and customer communication activities.Share customer insights and concerns with relevant internal departments to support continuous improvement.Skills & CompetenciesProficient in English, Excel, Word, and email communication.Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Education & ExperienceUniversity degree required.Logistics experience in a plus.
