Travel agency located in Nasr City has an opportunity for the position of “ Inbound Tour Operator ”Job Description:Design and create customized travel itineraries for inbound tourists.Plan best-value trip programs including accommodation, transport, activities, and guides.Recommend unique and authentic experiences based on client interests and budgets.Handle offline & online bookings for hotels, Nile Cruises, tours, transfers, and activities.Communicate with suppliers and partners to confirm availability and rates.Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.Continuously research destinations, trends, and new travel experiences.Follow up with feedback & develop accordingly.Arrange full travel logistics. Requirements:5+ years of travel experience.Fluent English.Strong computer & Excel skills.Good knowledge of the product in Egypt.Excellent sales & communication skills.Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Passion for travel and customer experience.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple itineraries.Goal-oriented & organized.Travel experience preferred.
