* Blue Nile Boat — about us :The Blue Nile Boat is a premier floating luxury hospitality and nightlife destination located on the Nile River in the upscale district of Zamalek, within Cairo.This iconic venue is designed as a multi-outlet complex that brings together a collection of luxury restaurants, stylish lounges, and vibrant nightlife venues in one integrated setting. It offers guests a unique experience where fine dining meets high-end entertainment, all with panoramic views of the Nile.Responsibilities:• Audit and verify all daily revenue transactions from restaurants, bars, operations. • Reconcile POS reports with cash, credit card, and online payment records. • Review and validate quest checks, discounts, voids, and complimentary items. • Ensure all revenue streams are accurately recorded and posted in the system. • Prepare daily income audit reports and highlight discrepancies. • Coordinate with F&B and finance teams to resolve variances. • Monitor internal control procedures to prevent fraud and revenue leakage. • Audit night closing procedures and ensure proper system shutdowns. • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes, Monitoring and supervising the cashier team in implementing the financial policies related to various revenues and coordinating with the different financial departments to ensure bank deposits.• Performing daily revenue analysis for all types of restaurants, including revenue from tourism, events, and individual bookings (Daily sales) . • Coordination with the cost management department regarding sales analysis.• Investigate variances, voids, discounts, and complimentary items.• Support management in strategic financialdecisions.Requirements:• Bachelor's dearee in Accounting, Finance ( English Department) preferred. • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Luxury Restaurants or Hotels as a Income Supervisor or Income Auditor is a Must. • Strong knowledge of POS systems and accounting softwares is a Must. • Advanced Excel and Word skills is a Must, • Previous experience in Sun System only not other systems is a Must. • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic high-volume environment.• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
