Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Operator based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Tour Operator will be responsible for planning and coordinating guided tours, managing reservations, and ensuring personalized and exceptional experiences for clients. Daily tasks include liaising with suppliers, assisting clients with travel arrangements, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Qualifications Experience in Guided Tours and knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry practicesStrong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfactionProficiency in handling Reservations and coordinating itinerariesSales acumen and ability to promote travel packages effectivelyExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in English (additional languages are a strong plus)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with tourism software and systems is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
