The factory is located in Tenth of Ramadan City, Egypt.About the RoleIndirect Material Buyer Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing indirect materials (MRO, services, consumables).Ensures cost efficiency, supplier performance, and timely availability through SAP ERP while complying with company policies and automotive quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSource and purchase indirect materials (MRO, services, consumables)Create and manage purchase orders in SAP ERPEvaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and support cost-saving initiativesCoordinate with maintenance, production, and finance teamsMonitor inventory levels and consumption trendsAccountabilitiesEnsure continuous availability of indirect materials for factory operationsAchieve cost control and procurement savings targetsEnsure supplier compliance with quality, safety, and delivery requirementsMaintain accurate, auditable procurement data in SAPAdhere to company policies and automotive industry standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in indirect purchasing within automotive manufacturingHands-on experience in a factory environmentSolid experience with SAP procurement processes (PR, PO, GR, invoice verification)Excellent English language proficiency is mandatoryRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of indirect procurement (MRO, services, consumables)Proficient in SAP ERP (MM module preferred)Negotiation and supplier relationship management skillsStrong analytical, planning, and cost-control capabilitiesEffective communication and coordination skillsExcellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
