Job SummaryThe Indirect Sales Audit & Quality Specialist is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and improving the performance and compliance of indirect sales channels, including distributors, dealers, and retail partners. The role ensures adherence to company policies, maintains service quality standards, identifies operational gaps, and supports continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of distributors, dealers, and retail outlets to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor the quality of sales operations across indirect sales channels. Verify the accuracy of sales transactions, inventory records, and documentation. Identify operational gaps, policy violations, and process inefficiencies. Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation. Support fraud prevention activities by identifying suspicious transactions or non-compliance. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve audit findings. Analyze sales performance data and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct field visits across Alexandria and Beheira to evaluate distributor and retail operations. Ensure adherence to company standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements. Provide coaching and recommendations to improve operational quality within the indirect sales network. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Sales Audit, Quality Assurance, Retail Audit, Internal Audit, or Indirect Sales Operations. Experience in FinTech, Banking, or Retail is preferred. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel frequently within Alexandria Beheira,and Kafr Elsheikh. Also, it’s preferred that the candidate to be from El Behera or Kafr Elsheikh . Preferred Skills Audit and compliance knowledge. Quality assurance methodologies. Data analysis and reporting.
