Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies targeting industrial and manufacturing sectors.Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with factories and industrial organizations.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, plant managers, engineering managers, and procurement teams.Promote and sell engineering, technical, and industrial service solutions.Understand client operational challenges and propose suitable technical solutions.Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. ✅ 3–4 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Business Development, or Engineering Services Sales.✅ Previous experience working with companies such as Shaker, EPS, SGS, or similar industrial and engineering service organizations is highly preferred.✅ Established and active network with major factories and industrial companies, particularly within:Heavy IndustriesManufacturingCementSteelPetrochemicalsEnergy & Utilities✅ Proven track record in selling engineering, inspection, testing, certification, industrial solutions, or technical services.✅ Strong understanding of:Industrial operationsEngineering workflowsFactory environmentsTechnical service requirements✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.✅ Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities.✅ Ability to travel for client visits and business meetings when required.✅ Engineering background is preferred; however, candidates with strong technical sales experience in industrial sectors are encouraged to apply.
