Infection Control Specialist

 Infection Control Monitoring: Develop and implement infection control policies and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient and staff safety. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments of hospital environments to identify infection risks and recommend corrective actions. Staff Training & Education: Provide ongoing training and guidance to medical and non-medical staff on infection prevention and control practices. Outbreak Investigation: Investigate and manage infection outbreaks, including root cause analysis and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with national and international infection control standards and prepare reports for hospital management. Data Management: Maintain infection control records, track infection rates, and generate reports for performance analysis and improvement.  Bachelor’s degree in (Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Science, etc.) Infection Control Diploma is a must 1–3 years of experience in infection control in healthcareStrong understanding of infection control protocols and best practices Familiar with local and international infection control regulations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
