About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Relationship Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships between the IT department and our business units. You will act as a bridge, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment between business needs and IT solutions.Responsibilities:Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.Translate business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements.Advocate for business needs within the IT department.Manage and prioritize IT requests from business units.Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT teams.Monitor and measure the success of IT solutions from a business perspective.Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).3-5 years of experience in IT Business Relationship Management , projects management or IT-business alignment.Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong Presentation & Analytical skills with experience with excel & preferably Power BIAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Experience with project management tools like Jira & MS ProjectExperience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
