Furthermore, Crédit Agricole Egypt is in line with the world’s digital transformation, encouraging and implementing an innovative environment to exceed its customers’ expectations.In addition, for being an active contributor to the local economy, the bank is committed to support the development of the Egyptian community and the respect of the environment.Summary:The main role of this function is to own the quality assurance lifecycle across IT development and project initiatives, ensuring rigorous testing, formal sign-off, and continuous improvement of delivery standards.Describe Technical Skills Required:Testing – Development & ProjectsDefine and enforce QA standards across development and project teamsReview test planning, execution, and validation for all project deliverables and make sure that it meets the Requirements Manage the testing sign-off process, ensuring all exit criteria are metCollaborate with Testing team, developers, PMs, and business analysts to align on quality expectationsreview test coverage, defect trends, and release readinessContribute to QA process improvement and automation initiativesConduct quality reviews of project documentation (e.g., charters, plans, risk logs, closure reports)Monitor adherence to project management methodologies and standardsPerform project health checks and assurance reviews at key milestonesTrack and report on quality KPIs across the project portfolioIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance delivery qualityFacilitate lessons learned sessions and integrate findings into future projectsCapacity ManagementMonitor and analyze current capacity levels of systems, networks, and applicationsForecast future capacity needs based on business growth, seasonal trends, and project demandsDevelop and maintain capacity plans aligned with SLAs and business objectivesCollaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to optimize resource utilizationProvide regular capacity reports and recommendations to senior stakeholdersSupport budgeting and cost optimization through efficient capacity planningMinimum Years of Experience:10+ Years’ experience in Projects life cycle and Testing Excellent knowledge of IT and Bank strategy.Strong experience in software QA, especially in project-based environmentsGood knowledge of the project lifecycle, problem & incidents handling processes and similar practices
