We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, supporting end-user devices and meeting rooms, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents in line with IT service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive onsite and remote technical support for Windows 10, Android, and iOS devices.Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, email, internet connectivity, and network printer issues.Deliver, tag, set up, and assist in the configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices for end users.Log, track, and update incident and service request tickets using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.Provide Smart Hands support for network infrastructure and data center environments as required.Support meeting rooms and Audio-Visual (AV) equipment, including Polycom systems.Work closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.Perform additional IT-related tasks and support activities as assigned.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support or desktop support roles.Hands-on experience with: Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive, Windows 10, Android, and iOS operating systemsBasic understanding of LAN networking concepts.Familiarity with server room and data center environments is an advantage.ITIL certification is preferred.
