About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure & DevSecOps Lead to lead the design, implementation, and management of our infrastructure and DevSecOps practices.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure while driving the adoption of DevSecOps principles across the engineering organization.You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to build secure and automated deployment pipelines that support our digital banking platform.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure ManagementDesign and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure environments.Oversee infrastructure provisioning and configuration across development and production environments.Ensure infrastructure reliability, performance, and availability.DevSecOps ImplementationImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security practices.Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.Integrate security testing and compliance checks into the software development lifecycle.Cloud & Platform EngineeringManage containerized environments and orchestration platforms.Optimize system performance and infrastructure costs.Security & ComplianceEnsure infrastructure and pipelines comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.Implement monitoring, logging, and vulnerability management practices.Team LeadershipLead and mentor DevOps and infrastructure engineers.Promote best practices for DevSecOps, automation, and platform reliability.Required QualificationsExperienceMinimum 9+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineeringProven experience leading DevOps or infrastructure teamsTechnical SkillsCI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar)Containerization technologies (Docker)Container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)Linux systems administrationMonitoring and logging toolsSecurityExperience integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of application and infrastructure security best practicesProfessional SkillsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience working in Agile development environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience working in fintech, digital banking, or regulated industriesKnowledge of DevSecOps frameworks and security automationExperience implementing high-availability production infrastructure
