• Set up, operate, and adjust plastic injection molding machines.• Control and optimize machine parameters Pressure, Temperature, Cycle Time.• Monitor product quality and minimize scrap rate.• Troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with the maintenance team.• Handle mold installation and mold changing processes.• Improve production efficiency and reduce cycle time.• Prepare daily production reports. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production preferred).• 1–2 years of experience in plastic injection molding.• Strong knowledge of different plastic raw materials.• Good understanding of machine settings and quality standards
