Role Summary:The Innovation Program Manager owns the full operation, governance, andtheexecution ofMomknInnovation Hub strategy and vision. This role ensures that innovation work is aligned withorganizational goals, delivers measurable outcomes, and is executed efficiently with clear structure, transparency, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Translate the innovation strategy into actionable programs, roadmaps/pipelines, andOKRs andKPIs. Oversees the ideation funnel,pipelines,pilot programs, and experiment governance.Accelerate digital and AI transformation by enabling strong enterprise-grade technical foundations for innovation.Manage the research and innovation activities end to end from idea intake to prototype, pilot, and scale.Manage innovation budget, resources, tools, and partnerships. Coordinate with business units and tech squads. Ensure outcomes (velocity gains, efficiencies, new capabilities) match goals.
