EPSN emphasizes practical, market-relevant learning that combines scientific depth with real-world application.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Medical Sales Professional role based in Qesm 1st Tanta. The Inside Medical Sales Professional will engage with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and institutional clients by phone, online channels, and on-site meetings to promote EPSN’s medical and pharmaceutical training programs. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining program benefits, handling inquiries, preparing and sending proposals, and following up to convert prospects into enrolled participants. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with the marketing and academic teams to align messaging, and providing feedback on client needs and market trends. The Inside Medical Sales Professional will also support sales campaigns, meet or exceed sales targets, and ensure a high standard of customer service and ethical communication in all interactions.Qualifications Strong medical or pharmaceutical background, preferably with a degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical education.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical training programs in a clear and engaging way.Comfort with CRM systems, basic data entry, and using digital tools (email, online meeting platforms, and social media) for lead management and follow-up.Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections professionally, and maintain a consultative, client-focused sales approach.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English (spoken and written) to understand and communicate medical and training-related terminology.Motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on EPSN programs and healthcare market trends.Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical training services, or education sales is an advantage.
