The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying growth opportunities for the resort. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, training team members, and managing the sales process to ensure the efficient and effective achievement of targets. Collaborating with the marketing team, the specialist will also help design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the brand and services.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide exceptional supportExperience in Sales and Sales Management, with proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategiesKnowledge of marketing principles and experience in collaborating on marketing campaignsHighly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degreePrevious experience in the hospitality or real estate sector is a plusProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantagelive in/near New cairo/Nasr city/MaadiBasic Salary with no Commission
