Role Description The Installation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt. The Installation Supervisor will oversee and ensure the smooth execution of kitchen installations in alignment with client expectations and company standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising installation teams, ensuring quality control, coordinating schedules with customers, resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires proactive problem-solving and team management to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficient in project supervision and team management, with a focus on installation processes.Ability to handle problem-solving on-site issues and ensure high-quality standards during installation.Knowledge of kitchen assembly and technical understanding of installation requirements.Strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to enforce them on-site.Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.Experience in interior design, carpentry, or related fields is an advantage.Ability to work on-site and travel between locations as required.A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant professional certifications or training is a plus.
