Job Overview:Andalusia Group is hiring a motivated Account Manager to join our team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate must be a Pharmacy graduate with a passion for client management and business development within the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies).Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.Monitor market trends and provide insights on competitors.Prepare reports on sales performance and client activities.Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required).Based in Alexandria.1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.Good command of English and Arabic.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
