The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, building strong customer relationships, analyzing client needs, and offering tailored MetLife insurance solutions. Responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance products, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Knowledge and expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes and procedures.Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and relationship building.Organizational skills to manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services and follow-ups.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
