Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Representative role is based in Markaz Sohag. The representative will work closely with potential and existing clients to identify their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist with the selection of appropriate insurance products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, promoting MetLife’s insurance offerings, and meeting sales goals. The role also involves ensuring a high standard of customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing ongoing support. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance products knowledgeExperience in Customer Service and maintaining strong client relationshipsFamiliarity with Insurance Brokerage and industry standardsProven sales skills with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersAbility to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environmentPrior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
