Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Markaz Sohag for an Insurance Sales Specialist. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs, identifying insurance opportunities, and recommending appropriate products to meet their financial goals. Daily responsibilities involve engaging potential clients, explaining insurance benefits, providing health and life insurance solutions, collaborating with other brokers, and maintaining updated knowledge of the latest insurance products and market trends. Qualifications Experience in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of Insurance productsProficiency in Health Insurance and Insurance Brokerage principlesExceptional Customer Service and client engagement skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProactive and results-driven with the ability to achieve sales targetsProficiency in relevant software and tools is a plusPrior experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial industry preferredBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
