The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple contractors and JV teams, review interface deliverables, and provide essential advice to clients while resolving disputes. This role is integral to ensuring smooth, effective integration across the project's lifecycle. Preferably with experience working in railway projects, or any mega projects having interfaces with multiple disciplines.Missions/Main DutiesCoordinate all contractor groups/JV on interface & integration deliveriesReview contractor’s interface deliverables such as: Interface management plans, Interface Controlled Form, Interface Controlled Document (ICD), Coordination Drawings (CSD) etcResolve interface disputes between contractorsProvide technical advise and recommendations to clientOverseeing the implementation of agreed interface resolutionsEnsuring the overall integration the rail systems and infrastructure, combined with operations and maintenance inputs, delivers a resilient operational highspeed railway systemProfile/SkillsBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in interface and integration management on railway projects / large-scale infrastructure projects.Proven track record of successful project deliveryExperienced in the design phase of the projectAble to understand the contract document and identify gaps and areas of concernUnderstanding of on civil infrastructure & MEP requirements (knowledge on system requirements would be an advantage)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skillsArabic speaker is a mustExcellent command of EnglishFamiliarity with enterprise project management software, such as Microsoft ProjectPossess good character and ability to deliver expected resultsSystra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.
